Templeback is a totally unique office experience. The entrance, reception and common areas are designed by the award-winning architect Morey Smith.
Morey Smith have taken the original, double height Victorian architecture in the entrance hall and transformed it into a spectacle of modern architectural brilliance, with textured slate and inter-layered glass walls. The four high speed lifts, WCs and common areas also include some of the most contemporary finishes available on the market.
Cutting edge - BREEAM 'Excellent'
Templeback offices are the pinnacle of sustainability, demonstrated not only in the reclaimed timber flooring and self-dimming lights but also in the 'Excellent' rating by BREEAM, the world's leading environmental building assessor.
Notably, Templeback has also achieved a post construction rating of BREEAM 'Excellent', reinforcing the building's sustainability commitment.
